Bridgewater, NJ--Alice Mae (nee Huff) Garwacke, 92, entered into eternal life on December 2, 2019 at Bridgeway Care Center in Bridgewater with loving family by her side. Alice was born in North Plainfield, NJ, she moved to Toms River in 1994 and then settled to Bridgewater.

Alice was active in the homeowners association in Toms River, Silver Ridge Park West Community. She was also a secretary for Thul Automotive Supply in Plainfield, NJ before retiring.

Alice was predeceased by her husband, Henry P. Garwacke in 2001; two brothers, Harry Huff and James Huff; and a sister, Marion Dunham.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory four loving children, Nancy and her husband Eric Harvey of Pensacola, FL, Gary P. Garwacke and his wife Cindy of Branchburg, NJ, James Garwacke and his wife Rebecca of Marietta, GA, and Wendy and her husband Leonard Minolfo of Bridgewater.   Alice will be deeply missed by all her grandchildren whom she loved very much, Nicole, Erika, David, Jonathan, Andrew, Matthew, Danielle, and Emily; and six great-grandchildren all of whom enjoyed spending time with her.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Monday, December 9 from 5-8 p.m. with the funeral service at 7:00 p.m. with Deacon John Phalen of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church of Bridgewater, NJ officiating. At the family's request, the disposition will be private.
