Hillsborough, NJ- Andy A. Terepka, 64, entered into eternal life suddenly on Monday, January 16, 2012 at home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Zarnowo, Poland, son of the late Antoni and Maria (Lisiewska) Terepka, he resided in Astoria and Brooklyn, NY before settling to Hillsborough in 1988.

During his youth, Andy was in a band and enjoyed woodworking. He loved music, singing, DJ'ing, playing the accordion and soccer. He was a member of the Polish Falcons of America in Hillsborough where he served as president for the last eight years. Andy was a communicant of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Manville. He was employed for many years by the Township of Branchburg where he retired as a zoning official. He had also worked as an architect for Smith Barney in New York City.

Andy leaves behind his beloved wife of forty-two years, Mary T. (Gorzelnik) Terepka with whom he joined hands in marriage on January 25, 1969; his loving children, Dariusz and wife Jennifer Terepka of Stockton, NJ and Lisa and husband Jens Hagerty of Hillsborough; dear siblings, Zofia and her husband Richard Kuczun, Irene Antoniak, Bonnie Antoniak and Richard Terepka. He will be deeply missed by four adored grandchildren, Christopher Terepka, Jonathan Terepka, Ashlei Hagerty and Alexa Hagerty; many precious nieces & nephews and cherished godchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Thursday, January 19 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. and on Friday, January 20 from 8:00-8:30 a.m.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 20 beginning 8:30 a.m. at the funeral home followed by a 9:00 a.m. funeral liturgy at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Manville. Committal words and interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough.
