Emerson, NJ- Anna Sobol, 80, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at the Armenian Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Emerson, NJ. Anna was born in the Ukraine and came to the United States in 1950 having resided in Culpeper, VA; Somerville, Readington and Manville, NJ. Anna would eventually call Emerson her home.

Anna was a beloved member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Manville. After graduating from high school in Newark, NJ, Anna was a bookkeeper for many years for Somerville Lumber in Bridgewater.

Anna was a loving mother and grandmother who cherished memories made with all of them. She loved to bake cakes and desserts always sharing the fruits of her labor with family and friends.

Besides her parents, Anna was predeceased by her beloved husband, Walter Sobol in 2004, her sister, Nadia Vaselkiv and sister-in-law, Leda Hull.

Anna is survived by her two sons, Robert W. Sobol and wife, Tracey Kane of Oradell and Thomas Sobol of Flemington, two grandchildren who will miss her dearly, Darren Sobol and Justin Sobol.
