Barbara Jane (née Koppelman) Spring, aged 78, entered eternal life on Friday, October 9, 2026 at home in Franklin Park, New Jersey. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, daughter of the late George Edward and Margaret Celica (née Wright) Koppelman, Sr., she moved to Edison, New Jersey in 1982 and then settled to Franklin Park in the mid-1980s.

Barbara obtained her high school diploma from Overlea High School in Baltimore. She concluded her professional career in 2010, having devoted numerous years of work at Franklin State Bank in Franklin Township, New Jersey, serving as branch manager.

In her spare time, Barbara had a strong dedication to ceramic artistry, maintained an avid interest in puzzle making, and regularly traveled with her husband across the Eastern United States to explore notable covered bridges situated in areas such as Lancaster, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Vermont. Additionally, she found considerable enjoyment in visits to Atlantic City.

Besides her parents, Barbara was predeceased by her beloved husband, Raymond E. Spring, who died on January 8, 2021.

Barbara will be deeply missed by her loving children, Bryan Crandall and his wife Denice of Baltimore, Denise Spring of Baltimore, Raymond Spring, Jr. of Stewartstown, Pennsylvania, and Lisa Noble of Baltimore; her two dear brothers, Edward Koppelman and Charles Koppelman; her seven cherished grandchildren, Ashley, AJ, Wesley, Samantha, Christopher, Savanah, and Raylynn; and her two adored great grandchildren, Knox and Spring.
