Manville, NJ – Bernadette Josephine Niezgoda, 69, entered into eternal life on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital-Somerset in Somerville, NJ. Born in Somerville, daughter of the late Stanley and Mary J. (nee Kocay) Niezgoda, she was a lifelong resident of Manville.

Bernadette was a graduate of Immaculata High School Class of 1969. She was a very caring and happy person who never complained. She always kept herself busy and didn't know the word "stop". Bernadette was passionate about decorating the home for the holidays. Spending quality time with family and friends was above all else to her. Bernadette loved animals, especially cats and enjoyed caring for her garden. She was a faithful parishioner of Christ the Redeemer Parish (Christ the King Roman Catholic Church) in Manville and most recently joined St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in Raritan, NJ.

Bernadette is survived by her loving and devoted sister, Mary Carol Niezgoda of Manville. She will be deeply missed by many dear cousins and numerous special friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Tuesday, February 4 from 4-7 p.m. with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m. officiated by clergy from Christ the King Roman Catholic Church. At the family's request, the disposition will be private. Memorial contributions may be made in Bernadette's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
