Green Brook, NJ- Blanche (Boronski) Ruk, 95, entered into eternal life on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at Green Brook Manor Nursing Home in Green Brook. Born in Hazleton, PA, daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine Boronski, she had resided in Manville and Bridgewater before settling to Green Brook nine years ago.

Blanche had worked at a silk factory in Hazleton, PA for seventeen years and then was a laborer at Johns Manville in Manville.



Besides her parents, Blanche was predeceased by her beloved husband, Charles Ruk who died in 1989; sons, Charles Ruk, Jr. and James Ruk; two sisters and two brothers.



Blanche is survived by her loving daughter, Gloria DeCaprio of Green Brook; two adored grandchildren, James DeCaprio and his wife Lynn and Darlene Breen and her husband David and four precious great grandchildren, Gina, Nicholas, Kaitlynn and Grayson.



Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Wednesday, August 8 from 7-9 p.m.

A funeral liturgy will be held on Thursday, August 9 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Parish, 600 Harris Avenue, Middlesex, NJ 08846. Blanche will be laid to rest beside her husband at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough. Memorial contributions may be made in Blanche's memory to the Green Brook Fire-EMS, 115 Greenbrook Road, Green Brook, NJ 08812.
