Obituary

Manville, NJ- Brian John Andreychik, 59, entered into eternal life on Monday, December 16, 2024 at home with his loving family and friends by his side. Born in Somerville, NJ, son of the late Peter J. Andreychik and Evelyn (nee Wargo) Andreychik Brosnan, he spent most of his life in Manville but had also lived briefly in Ohio and Florida.

Brian was a graduate of Somerset County Vocational & Technical High School with the Class of 1983. He was a dedicated mechanic, employed at Komline Sanderson in Peapack, NJ for many years. In his free time, Brian enjoyed building RC cars and racing RC cars with friends in his back yard race track. He also built and tinkered with indoor slot cars and racing tracks. Brian loved being with friends and family whether it was for the aforementioned RC and slot car races but also to watch NASCAR, Motocross and Supercross, go fishing with, play around on dirt bikes, quads and motorcycles and also just to socialize. He was an engine repair expert, who family and friends could turn to when work or a rebuild was needed. He could quickly tell you exactly what was wrong and how to repair it, accurately detailing every step of the process off the top of his head. He enjoyed listening to music and playing the drums with his basement Rock Band on his PlayStation. Brian's pets were the world to him. He will be missed dearly by his most recent canine friend, Sully.

Beside his parents, Brian was predeceased by his brothers, Bruce A. Andreychik (d.2008) and Wayne T. Andreychik (d.2024); and dear uncles, Andrew Wargo and William "Bill" Brosnan.

Brian will be deeply missed and is survived by his loving sisters, Phyllis Catanio of Stewartsville, NJ and Lynn and her spouse Kevin Hubbard of East Windsor, NJ; several cherished nieces and nephews; and several adored great nieces and great nephews.
