Branchburg, NJ- Catherine L. Melewski, 78, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital-Somerset in Somerville, NJ with her family by her side.  Born in New Brunswick, NJ to the late Charles and Alice (Ingraham) Psenisky, and raised in Manville, graduating from Manville High School in 1963.  She was a lifelong Somerset County resident.

Catherine worked at the Manville National Bank until 1998 and later worked for Macy's in Bridgewater, retiring in 2010.  She loved traveling, especially to Disney World, holiday cooking, watching QVC, and caring for her family and her cherished pets, especially Astro and Cuz.

Catherine leaves behind her loving children; Kenneth Melewski and his wife, Vanica Eldridge of Wharton, NJ, and Kerry Melewski of Branchburg, NJ.  Her grandchildren, Devin, Nathan, and India, will miss her deeply.  Catherine also leaves behind her cousins Harry Psenisky of Sun City Center, FL, Sally Kursar of York, PA, her best friend Sara Behory of Belle Mead, NJ, and many extended family members and friends.

Kenneth and Kerry ask that you join them in a Celebration of Life Memorial Service on Monday, November 20, 2023, at 7:00 PM at St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church, 1900 Brooks Blvd., Hillsborough, NJ.  The family will privately honor Catherine's final wishes by interring her with her parents at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough, NJ.
