Obituary

Manville, NJ- Constance Josephine "Connie" (nee Miner) Yarusinsky, 83, entered eternal life on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at home with her loving family by her side. The daughter of the late Glenn and Mary (nee Smigel) Miner, Connie was born in Wilkes Barre, PA before moving to Manville shortly after, where she resided for the remainder of her life.

After working many dedicated years as the assistant manager of housekeeping at the Somerset Ramada Inn, Connie retired and enjoyed her time visiting family, traveling, crafting, and tending to her flower gardens. She was the go to for all of the favorite family recipes, but wasn't afraid to try something new. Connie had a great sense of humor and one of her favorite things to do was try on unique hats. Any time she was out and came across one, she had to try it on and take a picture. One of Connie's biggest joys was her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a loving, dedicated grandma who immensely adored her grandkids and her grandkids adored her. She was always proud of her grandkids and their accomplishments. She was a lifetime parishioner at Christ the King Roman Catholic Church (Christ the Redeemer Parish) in Manville.

In addition to her parents, Connie was predeceased by her beloved husband of thirty-seven years, Joseph T. Yarusinsky, Sr., who died on July 11, 1996.

Connie is survived by four loving children, Deborah and her husband Bruce Gillette of Manville, Nancy and her husband Kenny Schaefer of Valley City, OH, Joseph Yarusinsky, Jr. of Manville, and Robert Yarusinsky and his wife Michele of Richmond, VA; dear sister, Ellie Titus; and dear brother, Glenn Miner and his wife Lisa. She will be deeply missed by seven cherished grandchildren, Heather, Laura, Ashley, Robert, Ryan, Emily, and Allison; two adored great grandchildren, Olivia and Andrew; and by many nieces and nephews.
