Georgetown, KY- David A. Carman, 57, entered eternal life peacefully on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at Georgetown Community Hospital in Georgetown, KY surrounded by his loving family. Born in Somerville, NJ, son of the late John and Monica (Koshinski) Carman, he was raised in Manville and lived in South Bound Brook from 1984 to 1996, settling to Kentucky in 1996.

Dave loved the outdoors, was an avid sports fan and enjoyed landscaping. He was a dedicated worker and a proud family man.

Dave leaves behind his beloved wife of thirty-four years Liz (Waslin) Carman with whom he joined hands in marriage on April 16, 1977, his beloved children, Nathaniel Carman of Georgetown, KY, April Cunningham and her husband Beau of Georgetown, KY and Deidre Carman of Lexington, KY; nine dear siblings Pat Schneider and husband Bob of Georgetown, KY, Dolores Stanislaw and husband Dan of Manville, Thomas Carman and wife Sharon of Somerset, Christina Masley of Manville, Michael Carman and wife Laura of Three Bridges, John Carman of Bushkill, PA, Geraldine Ellsworth and husband Thomas of Bound Brook, Brenda Carman of Manville and Leonard Carman of FL. He will also be deeply missed by his many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to acknowledge the dedicated staff of Georgetown Community Hospital who cared for Dave during his final days.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Thursday, January 12 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. with a Parastas service at 7:30 p.m., and on Friday, January 13 from 8:45 a.m. until 9:15a.m.

The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, January 13 at 9:15 a.m. followed by a 10:00 a.m.funeral service at St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church in Hillsborough. Committal words and interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to "Adopt a Student Fund"0 with the donations made payable to: Ss.
