Manville, NJ- Debra Lee "Debi" (nee Fierro) Simpson, 59, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ with loving family by her side.  Born in Somerville, NJ, daughter of the late Leo Alfonso and Gloria Marie (nee Pilla) Fierro, she was a lifelong resident of Manville.

Debi was a graduate of Manville High School.  She was presently working at the Stage House Tavern in Somerset, NJ as a waitress.  She had been a dedicated caregiver to her parents and sister.  During the spring and summer months she enjoyed gardening.

Besides her parents, Debi was predeceased by her sister, Gloria Wengrzynek.

Debi is survived by her devoted husband of twenty-three years, Robert Leigh Simpson with whom she joined hands in marriage on January 3, 1999.  She will be deeply missed by her loving daughter, Scarlett Simpson of Manville; and her dear sister, Donna and her husband Mike Charnak.
