Dennis Charles Kesolitz, 68, entered into eternal life on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Somerville, son of the late Charles and Evelyn (Johnson) Kesolitz, he was a lifelong resident of Manville.
Dennis graduated from Somerville High School "Class of '61" and went on to serve his country as an E-3 Private 1st Class with the United States Army from 1963 until 1966. He retired after 35 years of employment with American Cyanamid, which, later became Lederle Labs in Bound Brook and had also worked as a custodian with Bridgewater-Raritan Middle School for 4 years. He was an avid fisherman, member of the NJ Saltwater Fishermen Club, New York Jets fan and member of Thomas J. Kavanaugh Post #2290 Veterans of Foreign Wars in Manville. Dennis took very special interest in his grandchildrens' activities.
Dennis leaves behind his beloved wife of 44 years Bernadette (Grabowy) Kesolitz; two loving sons and daughters-in-law, Dennis & Kaeul "Moon" Kesolitz, Jr. of Portage, MI and Brian & Tiffany Kesolitz of Manville; dear sister Bonnie Cummins and her husband Gerald; three precious grandchildren, Dennis III, Amber and Tyler. He will be deeply missed by many cherished nieces and nephews; by his many special brothers from time spent in the Third Armor Division in Germany and by his two very special granddogs "Spike" and "Callie".
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Friday, June 3 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and on Saturday, June 4 from 9:00 -10:00 a.m.
The funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Saturday, June 4 beginning at 10:00 a.m. followed by committal words and interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough.
