Obituary

Manville, NJ resident for 44 years - Dorothy V. (Domozik) Bagienski, 81, peacefully entered into eternal life on Tuesday, June 30, 2015, surrounded by her loving family at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. Born and raised in Frackville, PA, daughter of the late Edward V. Domozik and Veronica "Verna" Barowsky Domozik, she settled in Manville in 1971 and recently moved to Middlesex, NJ last November. She was a 1950 graduate of West Mahanoy Township High School in Shenandoah, PA.


Dottie took great pride in caring for her family. She was an active member of Christ the Redeemer Parish (Sacred Heart Church) in Manville, their choir, and the Rosarians. More recently she was also an active participant in the Manville Senior Citizens.



Besides her parents, Dottie was predeceased by her dear siblings: brother Edward Domozik Jr. and sister Gloria Domozik Heiser, both of Frackville, PA.



Dottie is survived by her husband of 49 years, Bernard; three loving daughters: Dorothea "Dorie" Bagienski DeFranco and husband Jack of La Jolla, CA, and granddaughter, Quinn DeFranco Morgan of San Fransicso, CA, Sophia Bagienski Mangual and husband Robert of Hillsborough, NJ, and Veronica Bagienski and her significant other Eric Mangual of Middlesex, NJ. She will be deeply missed by her cherished family and many cousins, nieces and nephews.



Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Sunday, July 5 from 3-6 p.m. and on Monday, July 6 from 8-9 a.m.



Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 6 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home with clergy from Christ the Redeemer Parish officiating. Dottie will be laid to rest at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.stjude.org.
