Manville, NJ- Dorothy M. Kurilla, 86, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at Bridgeway Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Hillsborough. Born in Freeland, PA daughter of the late Chester and Lucille (Burke) Mascola, she spent most of her life as a resident of Manville.

Dorothy was a parishioner of Christ the Redeemer Parish (Christ the King Catholic Church) in Manville. Dorothy retired from Ethicon in Bridgewater after working there for many years in the shipping & receiving department. Family was of the utmost importance to Dorothy.

Beside her parents, Dorothy was predeceased by her beloved husband, Thomas Kurilla on January 6, 2005 and her daughter, Theresa Kurilla along with her siblings, brother, Vincent Mascola and sister, Arlyne Yamrick.

Dorothy leaves behind her loving daughter, Denise Agans and her husband Michael of Manville, brothers; Michael Mascola of Manville, Edward and his wife Marcella Mascola of Bradley Gardens, Thomas and his wife Linda Mascola of Phillipsburg, John Mascola and his finance, Darlene Scott of South Bound Brook. Pat Vestishik of Manville, Debi and her husband Andy Stout of Sinking Springs, PA and sister-in-law, Pat Gianbrone of Bound Brook. She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren; Ashley Agans and her partner Craig Byra of Manville and Branden Agans of Manville and her two great-grandchildren, Christian Byra and Madison Byra of Manville.
