Bound Brook

Obituary

Elaine Susan Kresefski,70, peacefully passed away at the end of the day on July 2, 2024.  She was always surrounded by her loved ones until the very end.  Elaine grew up in Manville, New Jersey and eventually settled down in Bound Brook, New Jersey.  She was very adventurous.

Elaine enjoyed traveling all throughout the United States and loved to explore and see new things. She always made sure to have fun, even if times were tough.  Sometimes she would surprise her granddaughter by telling her about all the places she's been to throughout her life.  Elaine loved to be outdoors whether that was planting flowers, going fishing, taking long car rides with her special someone, Tom, or relaxing on the beach with her family.  She loved to watch "Days of Our Lives" with her daughter, Renee, and have deep, meaningful, conversations about life with her granddaughter, Tabitha. Elaine also enjoyed catching up with her sister, Ann, and spending time with her down the shore.  Elaine was one to always want the best in others. She was caring, understanding, and loved to help when she could.  She also enjoyed meeting new people. Elaine was one to treat her friends like family. She loved to hang out with her friends and go out and do different activities with them.  She was always there for her friends and family and wants them to continue to have the best life they possibly can.

Elaine was predeceased by her only, beloved daughter, Renee, and her parents, John and Helen Macinko.

Elaine leaves behind her partner of 41 years, Thomas Cavagnaro, sister, Ann Marie Iskra, and her only granddaughter, Tabitha Brown.  She also leaves behind her nieces and nephew, extended family, and friends.
