Hillsborough, NJ- Emil Francis Simon, 87, entered into eternal life on Friday, November 13, 2015 at CareOne Somerset Valley in Bound Brook, NJ. Son of the late Bella and Rose (Meszaros) Simon, he grew up in Manville, NJ before settling to Hillsborough.
Emil faithfully served his country with the United States Army and the United States Marines. He was a member of the Union at GSA Eastern Distribution Center in Burlington, NJ, as a forklift driver for sixty-five years, before retirement. He was a parishioner of Christ the Redeemer Parish (Sacred Heart RC Church) in Manville.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Bill Simon; sister, Olga Migliore; and aunt, Helen Enyedi.
Emil will be deeply missed by his loving son, Rodney F. Simon of Hillsborough; dear sister, Theresa (Simon) Latocha; cherished grandchildren, Julie and her husband Dan Hribik and David Simon; and several adored nieces and nephews.
The funeral service is private. The interment is at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough.
