Somerville, NJ-Emma V. (Weber) Galambos, 90, entered into eternal life on Friday, May 29, 2015 at home with her loving family by her side. Born and raised in Manville, NJ, daughter of the late Julius and Theresa (Albrecht) Weber, she settled in Somerville.
Emma was first and foremost a homemaker who loved caring for family, especially her grandchildren. She had worked at the Somerset Medical Center in Somerville as a dietary technician and the Singer Sewing Factory in Finderne, NJ and a sewing factory in Manville. Emma was a parishioner of St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church in Hillsborough, NJ.
Besides her parents, Emma was predeceased by her beloved husband, Ambrose Galambos in 1989; a fiancé, Al Faleski; her sisters, Helen and Rosie; and brothers, Louis and Julius.
Emma is survived by her loving daughter, Patricia and her husband John Dinunzi of Easton, PA. She will be deeply missed by two cherished grandchildren, Jennifer and her husband Bob Schaming of Easton and Jill and her husband Michael LaMastro of Hillsborough; five precious great grandchildren, Courtney, Ryan, Nicole, Sophia, and Isabella; and a dear niece, Geraldine Weber and many dear nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Monday, June 1 from 5-9 p.m. with the Parastas at 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, June 2 from 9:45-10:15 a.m.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 2 10:15 a.m. at the funeral home followed by an 11:00 a.m. funeral liturgy at St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church in Hillsborough. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough.
