Manville, NJ- Eric J. Maliszewski, 28, entered a new journey to an after life on Saturday, June 3, 2017 in Bridgewater, NJ.  Born in Somerville, NJ, son of Melanie (Moyer) Maliszewski and the late Edward Maliszewski (February 28, 2012), he was a lifelong resident of Manville.

Besides his father, Eric was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Aloysius and Phyllis Maliszewski; and his maternal grandfather, Ivan Moyer.

Eric attended Manville High School and proudly received his GED in 2007.  He was presently employed with the Somerset County Parks Commission in Raritan, NJ where he was a maintenance engineer for the Special Projects department.  He was an adventurous person and loved riding bikes, quads, and motorcycles.  He enjoyed the outdoors.  Eric was very mechanically knowledgeable and used those skills to build and work on numerous projects.  He was a parishioner of Christ the Redeemer Parish (Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church) in Manville.

Besides his loving mother, Eric is survived by two dear siblings, Justin Maliszewski and Krystal Maliszewski.  He will be deeply missed by his dear cousins, Natasha, Candace, Sunny, Nikki, Jacob, and Brian; as well as many other dear cousins.

Eric will be cherished in the hearts of his childhood friends, Chris, Rob, and Mike, along with many other adulthood friends all of which shared a special bond.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Sunday, June 11, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

The disposition will be private.
