Obituary

Manville, NJ - Ethel (Lizak) Perhach, 85, entered into eternal life on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Somerset Medical Center with her loving family by her side. Born in Nagyrat, Hungary, daughter of the late Frank and Ethel (Szuperak) Lizak, she was a lifelong resident of Manville after moving from Hungary in 1938.

Ethel's family was her first love and she cherished time spent with her grandchildren and great-granddaughter. Only after her family came her passion for the family business, Perhach's Tavern in Manville, which she ran with her late husband George for 45 years. Ethel was also an avid reader and loved to travel.

Besides her parents, Ethel was predeceased by her husband George Perhach Sr. in 1983, son George Jr. in 2004, son Jeffery in 2002 and sister Goldie Schuerman.

She leaves behind her devoted children; Linda Perhach of NY City and Bruce Perhach of Manville. She will be deeply missed by her six adored grandchildren; Jake Calonius, Kelsey, Max, Jack, Sarah and Dylan Perhach and by her cherished great-granddaughter Charlotte Rose, as well as many extended family members and friends.
