Las Vegas, NV - Eva (Zajder) Cichon, 98 entered into eternal life on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at the Heights of Summerlin Healthcare Center in Las Vegas, NV. Born in Crabtree Pennsylvania to her late parents Joseph and Helena (nee Masierowska) Zajder, Eva spent most of her life as a Manville resident before moving to Las Vegas in 2005.
As a homemaker, Eva enjoyed her time with her family. She was a communicant of Christ the King Roman Catholic Church in Manville and had a love for knitting.
Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her husband Frank who died September 13, 1982, and by her siblings, Sophie, Frances, Vanda, Joseph, Adam, and Henry.
Eva leaves behind her loving children; Frank of Hillsborough, George "Cheech" of Manville, and Michael and his wife Patricia of Las Vegas, NV. She will be missed dearly by her six adored grandchildren and eleven cherished great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Christ the King Roman Catholic Church in Manville on February 19, 2013 for a 9:00 a.m. funeral liturgy. Following the funeral liturgy, Eva will be laid to rest at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough.
