Manville, NJ- Evelyn (Kovacs) Holodinski, 80, entered into eternal life on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at her residence with loving family by her side. Born in Rahway, NJ, daughter of the late William and Louise Kovacs, she was a lifelong resident of Manville.
Evelyn worked as a production supervisor at Reckitt & Benckiser in Hillsborough, NJ. She took great pride in caring for her family and adored spending time with her grandchildren. She loved to play bingo and spend time with her friends. She often took trips to Atlantic City and spent many memorable hours cooking and baking. She was a parishioner of Manville Reformed Church in Manville.
Evelyn was predeceased by her beloved son, Clinton Hall on November 24, 2012; twin sister, Goldie Rusinko; sister Irene Dunn and brother, William Kovacs.
Evelyn is survived by her devoted husband, Michael Holodinski of over 50 years; four loving children, Michael, John, Catherine and Christine. She also leaves behind her dear sister, Rose Pleban. She will be deeply missed by twelve cherished grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Wednesday, March 23 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Parastas service, and on Thursday, March 24 from 9-9:30 a.m.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 24 beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home followed by a 10:00 a.m. funeral service at Holy Ghost Carpatho Russian Orthodox Church in Manville with Fr. Ken Ellis officiating. Committal words and interment will follow at Holy Ghost Cemetery in Hillsborough. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Evelyn's name to the Manville Rescue Squad, 2 South 3rd Avenue, Manville, NJ 08835
