Bound Brook, NJ- Frank J. Drogowski, Sr., 70, entered into eternal life on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville. Born at home in Dickson City, Pa, son of the late Raymond E. and Jean V. (Bielinski) Drogowski, he resided in Manville until 1971 when he settled in Bound Brook.
Frank served his country with the United States Air Force. He retired after many years of employment at Harris Structural Steel in South Plainfield and prior to that had worked at Johns Manville. He was a faithful communicant of St. Mary of Czestochwa, Roman Catholic Church in Bound Brook. Frank was an avid gardener and enjoyed fishing, camping and watching auto racing.
Besides his parents, Frank was predeceased by his beloved wife Pat (Kalaha) Drogowski in 1997.
Frank leaves behind his loving children, Michelle and her husband Brian Nerger of Manville and Frank J. Drogowski, Jr. and his fiancée Kelly Worosila of Raritan Borough; a dear sister Arlene Miller and her husband Al of Manville. He will be deeply missed by four cherished grandchildren: Stephanie, Cassie, Lexie and Tucker and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Friday, June 10 from 6-9 p.m. and on Saturday, June 11 from 8- 8:30 a.m.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 11 beginning 8:30 a.m. at the funeral home followed by a 9:00 a.m. funeral liturgy at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Manville. Frank will be laid to rest at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough.
