Hillsborough, NJ- Jadwiga (nee Rudzka) Samocko, 85, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at Bridgeway Care and Rehabilitation Center at Hillsborough in Hillsborough, NJ.  Born in Siedlisko, Poland, daughter of the late Piotr and Zofia (nee Naumowicz) Rudzki, she had lived in Kolobrzeg, Poland and Bialogard, Poland prior to immigrating to the United States of America in 1989.  She resided in Brooklyn, NY, and Somerville, NJ prior to settling in Manville, NJ.

Jadwiga loved reading books and sewing clothing, especially for her grandchildren.  Retiring in 2007 from Walmart in Manville, she had worked as a shoe associate for many years.  She was a communicant of Christ the Redeemer Parish (Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church) in Manville.

Besides her parents, Jadwiga was predeceased by her beloved husband, Henryk Samocko in 1973.

Jadwiga is survived by three loving children, Dariusz Samocko and his wife Beata of Somerset, NJ, Piotr Samocko and his wife Irena of Manville, and Urszula Bielawiec of Poland.  She will be deeply missed by several dear siblings; five cherished grandchildren, Karolina, Kinga, Roma, Patrycja, and Edyta; several great grandchildren and many cousins.
