Franklin Park, NJ– Janice M. (Wilkes) Moro, 81, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Foothills Acres Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hillsborough, NJ.  Born in Stamford, CT, daughter of the late Michael and Mildred (Kielb) Wilkes, Janice lived in Blauvelt, NY and Palm Harbor, FL before moving to Franklin Park in 2001.

Janice was employed for many years at the Pomona Health Complex in Rockland County, NY as a registered nurse.  She loved spending time at the beach, enjoyed bowling, and was an avid reader but most importantly she loved spending time with her grandchildren who will surely miss her. She was also attended services at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in Hillsborough. .

Besides her parents, Janice was predeceased by her son, Michael Moro and her sister, Sandra Del Pizzo.

Janice is survived by two loving daughters, Beth and her husband John Martello of Hillsborough and Donna and her husband Drew Turock of Somerset, NJ; and by two cherished grandchildren, Michael and Matthew.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835.  At the family's request, services were private.  Memorial contributions may be made in Janice's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
