Manville, NJ –Jason R. Zujkowski, 22, entered into eternal life on Friday, November 9, 2018 at Capital Health Medical Center-Hopewell in Hopewell, NJ. Born in Somerville, NJ, son of Janice (nee Stutzman) Zujkowski and the late John E. Zujkowski, Jason was a lifelong resident of Manville.

Jason was a graduate of Manville High School Class of 2014. He was very active with the marching band and was a member of the jazz band while attending Manville High School. He had worked for Conoco Service Center in Manville as a gas attendant for several years. Jason received an associate's degree in Music of Fine Arts from Raritan Valley Community College in North Branch, NJ. He was presently attending the College of New Jersey in Ewing, NJ. He was also a member of the jazz band while attending college. Jason had a passion for music and was a member of several bands, most notably "Drop Sanity". His favorite instrument was the baritone saxophone.  Jason's selflessness in life will continue on even after his death through his gift to others as a donor with "Donate Life".

Besides his father, Jason was predeceased by his paternal grandmother, Margaret Zujkowski.

Jason is survived by his loving mother, Janice Zujkowski; dear grandparents, paternal grandfather, Carl Zujkowski, maternal grandmother, Celeste Stutzman; and maternal grandfather, Robert Stutzman; dear brother, Sean Zujkowski; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Tuesday, November 13 from 4-8 p.m. with the funeral service at 6:00 p.m. Committal words and interment will take place at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough, NJ on Wednesday, November 14 at 9:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jason's name to the American Heart Association, PO Box 417005, Boston, MA 02241-7005.
