Middlesex, NJ – Joan (nee Obdyrko) Mrzyglocki, 87, entered into eternal life on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at home with loving family by her side. Born on September 3, 1937 in Hruczka, Poland, daughter of the late Michael and Daria Obdyrko, she came to the United States of America while in her 30's first moving to East Millstone, NJ, then to Manville, NJ, and the past four years in Middlesex.

Joan retired after over 25 years of dedicated employment with Reckitt Benckiser (formerly Lehn & Fink) in Hillsborough as a production technician. While living in Poland, Joan was a bookkeeper. She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church in Hillsborough, NJ. Joan was a member of the Apostleship of Prayer group and Ukranian National Women's Association. She enjoyed singing and baking. Joan was also a remarkable cook, especially famous for her homemade perogies.

Besides her parents, Joan was predeceased by her first husband, John Okopny; her second husband, Aleksander Mrzyglocki; and all her siblings.

Joan will be deeply missed and is survived by her loving daughter, Maria Joann Regeski of Middlesex; and two cherished grandchildren, Stephen Regeski and Victoria Regeski.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Wednesday, November 20, from 3-7p.m. with the Parastas at 4 p.m. and on Thursday, November 21, from 9:45-10:45 am.  Funeral services will begin at the funeral home with the Panachida at 10:45 a.m. followed by an 11:30 a.m. funeral mass at St. Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church in Hillsborough. Committal words and interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough.
