Joann Clim, 71, passed away on August 28, 2024, after a brief illness.
Born in Somerville, NJ in December of 1952, she was the firstborn child of Joseph A. Wrijil and Jean Strenk. She was a lifelong resident of Manville, NJ. She was predeceased by her husband of thirty-seven years, Michael Clim, who passed away in 2011.
Joann leaves behind a sister, Barbara Jaczuk; a brother, Joseph Wrijil and his spouse Linda; and a sister-in-law, Maryann Clim; nieces and nephews in the Jaczuk and Wrijil family's; as well as eleven first cousins in the Lebedz, Strenk, Palitchka and Wrijil family's.
Joann was wonderful sister and a terrific cook. She loved her garden and birds, especially her "Little Bird" the cockatiel in her home.
Joann was a devoted Christian, who loved life and family. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.
Relative and friends are invited to attend the viewing at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Thursday, September 5, from 4-7 p.m. and on Friday, September 6, from 8-8:30 a.m. Funeral services will begin at the funeral home on Friday at 8:30 a.m. followed by a 9:00 a.m. funeral mass at Christ the Redeemer Parish in Manville. Committal words and interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough, NJ.
