Joseph Edmund Millus, aged 83, passed away peacefully into eternal life on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at home, with loving family at his side. He was born in Forest City, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Norbert and Helen (née Zebrowski) Millus. Joseph moved to Manville, New Jersey during his elementary school years and settled to Morrisville, Pennsylvania in 1979.
Joseph was a student at Manville High School. He commenced his professional journey at Union Carbide in Bound Brook, New Jersey, where he served as a machine operator. After many years of committed service as a painter at American Cyanamid in Bound Brook, he retired at the age of 65.
Joseph had a profound passion for his wife, Paula. He held her in high regard, and the time they shared was invaluable to him. During his free time, Joseph enjoyed tubing down the Delaware River with his daughter Judy. Joseph treasured the time he spent with his daughter Patricia during their visits at a bird store known as Bird Paradise. He shared laughter with his daughter Margaret while he taught her to ride her bike. Joseph also treasured the moments he spent with his Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. He was a parishioner of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Morrisville and had previously been a parishioner with Christ the Redeemer Parish (formerly Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church) in Manville.
In addition to his parents, Joseph was predeceased by his daughter, Judith Ann "Judy" (née Millus) Fisk, who passed away on March 16, 2019.
Joseph is survived by his devoted and cherished wife, Paula Ilona (née Mooney) Millus, who he united with in Holy Matrimony on December 7, 1959, and with whom he enjoyed 66 years of marriage; his loving daughters, Patricia Millus of Morrisville and Margaret and her husband Peter Hando of Pennsylvania; dear sister, Rosemarie and her husband Gene Bratek; seven treasured grandchildren, Candice, Terrance, Jacob, Tiffany, Sabrina, Brittany, and Peter, Jr.; three adored great grandchildren, John Paul, Elizabeth, and Axl; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
