Kenneth "Ken" Anthony Kosensky, 72, entered into eternal life on Monday, October 29, 2012 at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville. Born in Somerville, son of the late Anthony John and Sophie (Gibus) Kosensky, he was a lifelong resident of Manville.



Ken retired in 2000 after over thirty-five years of dedicated employment with Somerset County where he was a principal right of way agent. He was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Manville. Ken was a huge New York Yankees fan, enjoyed golfing, gardening, and especially watching his grandchildren play sports.

Ken leaves behind his beloved wife of forty-nine years, Joanne (Faragalli) Kosensky with whom he joined hands in marriage on April 21, 1963. He will be deeply missed by three loving children, Linny and Mike Mahedy of Manville, Deb and Chad Roseman of Jutland, NJ, and Tommy and Colleen Kosensky of Toms River; two dear brothers, Wayne and Joan Kosensky of Hillsborough and Dennis and Joan Kosensky of Manville; and three adored grandchildren, Heather and Troy Armstrong and Brandi Mahedy.



Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Friday, November 2 from 6-9 p.m. and on Saturday, November 3 from 8:00-8:30 a.m.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 3 beginning 8:30 a.m. at the funeral home followed by a 9:00 a.m. funeral liturgy at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Manville. Committal words and entombment will follow at St. Bernard Mausoleum in Bridgewater.
