Marge retired after twenty five years as a French and Spanish middle school language teacher with the Hillsborough Board of Education.  She had an avid passion for gardening, producing gorgeous flowers and plants.  An accomplished seamstress, she enjoyed making clothes, especially Halloween costumes for her grandchildren.  Since moving to Canal Walk, she often could be found playing Mahjongg with her neighbors.  Marge spent enjoyable years dedicating her time to others as a member of the Activities Committee of Canal Walk.  Most of all she treasured her husband, three children, nine grandchildren and many friends.  She was a parishioner of St. Joseph's Parish in Hillsborough, NJ.

Beside her parents, Marge was predeceased by her brother, Charles Balz.

Marge is survived by her devoted husband of 51 years, Bernard Demsky with whom she joined hands in marriage on August 13, 1966.  She leaves behind three loving children, Kathie Torres and her husband Rob of Greensboro, NC, Joelle Kessler and her husband Bruce of Somerville, NJ, and Charles Demsky and his wife Eileen of South Bound Brook, NJ.  She will be deeply missed by her nine cherished grandchildren,  Kailie, Alyssa, Zack, Elle, Megan, Julia, Andrew, Hayden and Cooper.
