Obituary

Princeton, NJ- Margaret Mary (Flynn) Strzelecki, 89, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, September 26, 2010 at St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick. Born in Placentia Bay, Newfoundland, Canada, daughter of the late Patrick and Mary (Pearson) Flynn, she had resided in Manville/Somerville, Whitehouse/ Flemington areas having been a resident of Elm Court in Princeton for twenty years.

Margaret came to the United States as a World War II war bride. She retired as a Nurses Aide from Union Forge Nursing Home in Lebanon. She was a former parishioner of Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church in Clinton and over twenty years ago a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church in Whitehouse Station where she was a long term member of the Altar Rosary Society. In her spare time, Margaret loved to knit, crotchet, sew and tend to her garden.

Besides her parents, Margaret was predeceased by her two sons: Robert and Roman; siblings: Jim, Doug, Maryanne and Loretta.

Margaret leaves behind her loving & devoted daughter Mary Hanna; son Anthony Patrick Strzelecki; sister-in-law Julie Strzelecki; several nieces & nephews. She will be deeply missed by her beloved daughter type friend Darlene Pagan.


Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 and at the family's request disposition will be private. Memorial contributions may be made in Margaret's name to: Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, 390 County Road 523, Whitehouse Station, NJ 08889.
