Maria (Putiatynski) Zurawiecki, 88, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 20, 2025, with loving family by her side. Daughter of the late Piotr and Pawlina Putiatynski, Maria immigrated from Poland to Manville, New Jersey in 1963. She was a resident of Manville ever since.

Maria worked as a licensed practical nurse caring for the elderly and at home took immense pride in nurturing and raising her family. Family time held significant importance for her, and moments spent with her loved ones were her most cherished. During her leisure hours, she found joy in gardening and socializing with friends. Maria was a devoted and highly involved parishioner of Christ the Redeemer Parish, previously known as Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Manville.

In addition to her parents, Maria was predeceased by her beloved husband, Bazyli Zurawiecki, son, Peter Zurawiecki, and her siblings.

Maria is survived and will be deeply missed by her loving children and their spouses Anna and Chris Kolos of Longwood, Florida, Mary and Mark Schindel of Millstone Township, New Jersey, and Anthony and Karen Zurawiecki of Monroe Township, New Jersey; seven cherished grandchildren, Jennifer, Nicholas, Christopher, Andrew, Matthew, Sophia, and Ryan; and three treasured great grandchildren Ava, Mason, and Cody.

Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, located at 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Friday, November 7, 2025 from 4-8 p.m. and on Saturday, November 8, from 8-8:30 a.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 8, beginning with transfer prayers at the funeral home at 8:30 a.m. followed by a 9:00 a.m. funeral mass at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Parish at 98 South 2nd Avenue, Manville, NJ 08835. Committal words and interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery located at Millstone River Road in Hillsborough, New Jersey. Memorial contributions may be made in Maria's name to Christ the Redeemer Catholic Parish.
