Manville- Marianna "Mary" (Sadowska) Gruszka, 99, entered into eternal life on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at home surrounded by loving family. Born in Gasewo, Poland, daughter of the late Mikolaj and Marcela (Lis) Sadowski, she settled in Manville on June 7, 1962.

Mary was employed for many years by Franbe Industries in Manville as a seamstress. She was a parishioner of Christ the Redeemer Parish (Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church) in Manville. She loved caring for family and her greatest joy came from gardening around the home.

Besides her parents, Mary was predeceased by her beloved husband, Stanislaw "Stanley" Gruszka, on January 21, 2000 and a brother, Henry Sadowski.

Mary is survived by her loving sons, Michael Gruszka of Wildwood Crest, NJ, Albert Gruszka and his wife Olga of Manville, and Andrew Gruszka of Manville. She will be deeply missed by her adored grandchildren, Paul Gruszka and Lauren Gruszka; and a cherished step grandson, Carlos Veron.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Sunday, January 31 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and on Monday, February 1 from 8-8:30 a.m.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 1 beginning 8:30 a.m. at the funeral home followed by a 9:00 a.m. funeral liturgy at Christ the Redeemer Parish (Sacred Heart Church) in Manville. Committal words and interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough. Memorial contributions may be made in Mary's name to Christ the Redeemer Parish, PO Box 924, Manville, NJ 08835.
