Manville, NJ- Mary (Hurrilla) Hrinko entered into eternal life on Sunday, March 20, 2016 at home with her loving family at her side. Born in Gilberton, PA, daughter of the late Roman and Pauline Hurrilla, she moved to Manville to raise her family.

Mary was the proprietor of Risko Paint & Hardware Store in Manville for fifty years and retired in 1985. For many years, she enjoyed her position as President of Fire Company #1 Ladies Axillary. She was a parishioner of St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Church in Hillsborough and a former member of the Altar and Rosary Societies. Mary had a passion for crocheting and gave away handmade afghans and many other handmade crafts. She often could be found working the bingo at St. Mary or running bus trips to Atlantic City. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother to whom family time was of the utmost importance.

Besides her parents, Mary was predeceased by her first husband Charles Risko in 1958, second husband Peter Hrinko in 1986, cherished son Stephen in 2008, and by nine dear siblings.

Mary leaves behind her loving children; son Charles and wife Loretta of Jackson, NJ and devoted daughter, Marian Lichtenberg and husband Dennis of Clintonville, WI. She leaves behind seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Tuesday, March 22 from 3-7 p.m. and Wednesday, March 23 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. Fr. Ed Cimbala will celebrate the Parastas on Tuesday afternoon at 3:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 23 beginning 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home followed by a 10:00 a.m. funeral liturgy at St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church in Hillsborough. Mary will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband Charles at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough.
