Manville, NJ- Michael Joseph "Auggie" Kulcsar, 69, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital-Somerset in Somerville, NJ with loving family by his side. Born in Somerville, NJ, son of the late Steven and Lillian (nee Visavati) Kulcsar, he grew up in Manville and then lived in Raritan, NJ for about ten years in the late 70's and early 80's before returning to Manville.

Auggie was a graduate of Manville High School with the Class of 1972; he was a member of the wrestling team. Auggie was employed for many years with Schifano Construction Corporation in Middlesex, NJ as a truck driver. He retired in 2018. Auggie had been a parishioner of Christ the King Roman Catholic Church in Manville, before the church closed. He was a social member of the VFW Post #2290 and the American Legion both of Manville.

Auggie was a music lover and enjoyed fishing. In his younger years he trained in karate, enjoyed doing physical fitness such as weightlifting, jogging, and bicycling. He always found peace and solitude being in nature, he cherished every friend he made throughout his life, and he was happiest when he was with his family whether at home or visiting relatives. He was a book lover and a big history buff. Auggie enjoyed watching sports especially the New York Football Giants and the New York Yankees. He also enjoyed time spent with animals especially his dogs.

Beside his parents, Michael was predeceased by two uncles, Ben Visavati and Dennis Visavati.

Michael leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving daughter, Adrienne Kulcsar of Manville; his beloved partner of thirty years, Ann "Ginger" Shubiak; dear step-daughter, Jolene Hoffman; and his best friend, Doug Dinklocker. He had a big heart with a lot of compassion for those he cared for.
