Millsboro, DE- Michael Waslin, 93, entered eternal life on Saturday, December 26, 2020.  Born and raised in Manville, NJ, son of the late Michael and Elizabeth (Bukovitcky) Waslin; he settled in Delaware in 2014.

Michael proudly served in the Merchant Marines from 1945 to 1947.  He was a dedicated family man and loved playing trivia with his family and friends, telling stories and reading.  Michael was a life-long parishioner at St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church and served as an Usher.  He was known as the 'oldest delivery man in New Jersey,' working part time into his 80s, delivering washers and dryers for Adam's TV and Appliance.

Besides his parents, Michael was predeceased by his wife Virginia Waslin in 2008.

Michael leaves behind to cherish his memory his devoted children, Kathleen Lane and husband Lawrence of Delaware, Elizabeth Waslin Carman of Virginia, and Donald Waslin and wife Eugenia, of North Carolina; dear siblings, Olga Becker and Daniel Waslin and wife June;  loving grandchildren; Brianne Izzo and husband Bill, Nathaniel Carman, April Cunningham and husband Beau, Deidre Frakes and husband Josey, Samantha Piel and husband Garrett, Corinna Waslin, and Erika Waslin.  He will be deeply missed by eight great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Sunday, January 3,2021 from 2-5 p.m. with a Panachida service at 4 p.m.  Committal words and interment will be held on January 4, 2021 beginning at 11:15 a.m. at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the ASPCA, P.O.
