Manville, NJ – Nola M. (Brooks) Ocsack, 62, entered into eternal life on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset in Somerville, NJ.  Born in Alachua, FL, daughter of the late Henry and Elizabeth (Stokes) Brooks, she lived in Middlesex, NJ and Bridgewater, NJ before settling in Manville in 2000.

Nola was presently working for Rutgers University in Piscataway, NJ at the Physical Plant Department as a senior environmental service worker.  She liked to crotchet in her spare time.  She loved Western movies and oldies music.  Nola's greatest passion was the time spent with family, especially her grandchildren.

Besides her parents, Nola was predeceased by two brothers, Deleon Brooks and Henry Brooks, Jr.; and a nephew, Cory Brooks.

Nola is survived by her beloved husband of fourteen years, Robert "Bobby" Ocsack, with whom she shared marriage with on August 17, 2003.  She will be deeply missed by two loving children, Atisha T. Bethea of Piscataway and William A. Brooks of North Plainfield, NJ; five dear siblings, Faydell Clayton, Lauradell Ruffin, Geraldine Brooks, Jacqueline Brooks, and Marva Jean Morganfield; three cherished grandchildren, Eric L. Bethea, André J. Bethea, and Shayla M. Brooks; and many adored nieces, nephews, and cousins.
