Randy Bartushak, 50, passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 28, 2020, at Morristown Medical Center with family members and beloved friends at his side.

Randy was a 1987 graduate of Manville High School and attended Rutgers University. His hobbies included gourmet cooking, baking delicious cheesecakes, fantasy football, playing the guitar and attending concerts. He was very active in sports all his life: golf, weightlifting, football, baseball, basketball, and track.

Randy has been involved in many ventures, owning The World Gym in Dunellen, and managing a golf center in Branchburg. For many years Randy was a General Manager of NBD Training Zone at the Morristown and Springfield NJ locations. Randy would always be found in the gym. He had a relentless work ethic, both on the job and in his workouts. He excelled at training and teaching at all levels.   Randy passionately helped people with their fitness journeys, and was always there for a friend in need.

Randy is survived by his loving parents, Barbara and Andrew Bartushak; his sister and brother-in-law, Lori and Ken Kristopovich; and brother and sister-in-law, Barry and Maria Bartushak. He is also survived by nephews, Derek, Kevin, Ryan, Dylan, Alex and his wife Jess; along with his girlfriend Susanne Schoenefeldt; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, and his second "family" at NBD Training Zone.

Family and friend are invited to attend a 9:00 a.m. Funeral Liturgy on Saturday, February 1, at Christ the Redeemer Parish (Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church), 98 S. 2nd Avenue, Manville, NJ 08835 followed by a celebration of Randy's life.
