Bound Brook, NJ-Robert Krasnansky, 77, entered into eternal life on Monday, January 2, 2017 at home. Born in New Brunswick, NJ, son of the late John Francis and Frances Martha (Figel) Krasnansky, he spent his childhood in Manville, NJ and shortly after marriage he settled to Bound Brook.
Robert was a graduate of Bound Brook High School, Class of 1956. He was co-owner of the family business, John Kay Electric Store in Manville. A couple of his favorite pastimes included collecting coins and stamps. He loved to travel, especially to Disney World and Seaside Heights, NJ. He was a communicant of St. Mary of Czestochowa Church in Bound Brook.
Besides his parents, Robert was predeceased by a sister, Regina Forgash.
Robert is survived by his loving bride of fifty-five years, Phyllis (Regiec) Krasnansky. He will be deeply missed by three loving children, Robert Krasnansky and his wife Susanne Lauscher-Krasnansky of LeRouret, France, Donna and her husband Michael Wanzie of Piscataway, NJ, and Kevin Krasnansky of Bound Brook; dear siblings, Frances Brunn, John Krasnansky, and Dorothy Heyman; four cherished grandchildren, Marisa, Justin, Evan, and Christopher; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Thursday, January 5 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and on Friday, January 6 from 8:45-9:15 a.m.
Funeral services will begin on Friday, January 6 at 9:15 a.m. at the funeral home followed by a 10:00 a.m. funeral liturgy at St. Mary of Czestochowa Church in Bound Brook. Committal words and interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough, NJ.
