Manville, NJ- Romilda "Millie" (Della Bella) Konkus, 88, entered into eternal life surrounded by her loving daughter and son-in-law on Monday, August 19, 2013 at her daughter's residence in Raritan. Born in Somerville, daughter of the late Peter and Edith (Bruti) Della Bella, she was raised in Raritan, moving to Manville in 1954.

For over forty years, Millie was the proud owner and operator of Millie's Beauty Salon located in Manville and she was a parishioner of Christ the King Roman Catholic Church in Manville. She loved to cook and host family dinners. Millie enjoyed her trips to the casino with her daughter and her late sister-in-law Doris Konkus and in her younger years, she was an avid golfer, once making a hole in one at the Green Knoll Golf Course.

She is predeceased by her husband George Konkus of fifty-eight years who passed away March 17, 2005 and by her sister Adrian Troegner in 2011.

Millie leaves behind her devoted daughter Judy Copt and her husband Roger of Raritan and her cherished granddaughter Melissa Copt of Whitehouse Station. She also leaves behind her sister Mary Hliva of Martinsville, brother Ernest Della Bella of Raritan and brother-in-law Lou Troegner of North Carolina along with many cherished nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Thursday, August 22, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and on Friday, August 23, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 23, 2013 beginning 8:30 a.m. at the funeral home followed by a 9:00 a.m. funeral liturgy at Christ the King Roman Catholic Church in Manville. Committal words and entombment will follow at St. Bernard Mausoleum in Bridgewater.
