Obituary

Bloomsbury, NJ— Ronald Keith Drumbore, 67, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at St. Luke's Hospital-Warren Campus in Philipsburg, NJ.  Born in Somerville, NJ, son of the late William H. and Wilder L. (nee Lewis) Drumbore, he grew up in Manville, NJ, moved to South Plainfield, NJ thirty-five years ago, then moved to South Bound Brook, NJ in 1999 and settled to Bloomsbury in 2020.
Ronald was a graduate of Somerset County Vocational Technical High School in Bridgewater, NJ, Class of 1972.  He then faithfully served his country with the United States Marine Corps. Ronald worked over twenty-five years for Design Electric in North Plainfield, NJ as an electrician.  Ronald was member of Manville Fire Company #1 and Operation Jersey Care.  Ronald served the Boy Scouts of America as a committee chair for activities and was a coach and building director for the South Plainfield Baseball Club.  He was a fan of the New York Mets and New York Football Giants.  In his spare time he enjoyed fresh water fishing, camping, and spending time at the Jersey Shore.  His truest passion was spending time with family especially his children and grandchildren.
Besides his parents, Ronald was predeceased by his first wife, Bonnie Jean (nee Weikle) Drumbore; and brother, Alexander W. Drumbore.
Ronald is survived by his caring and devoted wife of twenty-six years, Beverly A. (nee Stay) Drumbore.  He will be deeply missed by five loving children, Richard K. Drumbore and his wife Shakirah of East Windsor, NJ, Julyn C. Stay of Hillsborough, NJ, Kathleen A. Velez and her husband Anthony of Tullahoma, TN, Russell K. Drumbore and his wife Tammy of Bethlehem, PA, and Ryan K. Drumbore of Bloomsbury; dear sister, Debra Drumbore; dear sister-in-law, Gayle Drumbore; seven cherished grandchildren, Vincente, Laura, Anthony, Jr., Julia, Jacob, Kingston, and Natalie, and one on the way; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews; and his beloved canine friends.
