Manville, NJ- Thomas Justin "TJ" Pope, 32, entered into eternal life on Wednesday, May 26, 2021.  Born in Plainfield, NJ, he was a lifelong resident of Manville.

TJ cherished his family and loved spending time with all his sisters, brothers, nieces, and nephews and also his bird "Precious".  He was an avid gamer, loved Anime, Yu-Gi-Oh! cards and almost anything associated with dragons and swords.  Green was his favorite color (he would save the green M&M's, respectfully, not to be eaten) and he had a love for music.  TJ was a dedicated stockperson at PetSmart in Bridgewater, NJ for the last sixteen years and while working there he received the PetSmart Associate Appreciation certificate of which he was very proud.

TJ was predeceased by his loving maternal and paternal grandparents.

TJ is survived by his beloved mother, Kathleen Pope-Brocklehurst (nee Bugal); dad, Jeffrey L. Brocklehurst; biological father, Frank Pope; siblings, Jackie Lynn Hlinka (George), Fredrick John Adams (Katie), Ryan Charles Pope, and Laura Pope; girlfriend of six years, Kelly Paoletti; nephews and nieces, Tatyana, Alexis, Adam, Brandon, and Ian; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Thursday, June 3 from 4-8 p.m. and on Friday, June 4 from 9:00-10:00 a.m.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 4 beginning 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home followed by an 11:00 a.m. funeral liturgy at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Hillsborough, NJ.  Committal words and interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough.
