Wayne Edward Wiedemer, age 79, entered into eternal life on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital-Somerset in Somerville, New Jersey with loving family at his side. Wayne was born and raised in Somerville, and is the son of the late Henry Charles and Mildred Lenore (née Brown) Wiedemer. He subsequently resided in New Hope, Pennsylvania, Lambertville, New Jersey, and Lakewood, Colorado, prior to returning to Somerville.

Wayne graduated from Somerville High School. Following his high school education, he enlisted in the United States Navy to serve his country. Wayne had a deep appreciation for antiques and owned antique shops located in Lambertville and Lumberville, Pennsylvania. He previously held the position of restaurant manager at the Black Bass Hotel in Lumberville. Before his retirement, Wayne was employed as a sales representative at Antique Emporium in Somerville. Additionally, he was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Somerville.

In addition to his parents, Wayne was predeceased by his sister, Lorraine Bernhart and brother, Jeffrey Wiedemer.

Wayne is survived and will be dearly missed by his loving nephew, Frederick Reynolds; three cherished grand nephews; and many dear cousins.
