East Millstone, NJ- Wesley James Giles, 60, entered into eternal life on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at Waterfront Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Raritan, NJ surrounded by loving family.  Born in Somerville, NJ, son of Robert and Laura (nee King) Giles, he was a resident of East Millstone most of his life.

Wesley enjoyed outside time whether it was fishing, grilling, camping, off-roading, or in his later years, simply gathering on the porch with friends over a cup of coffee. He was a fan of NASCAR racing, especially fond of Dale Earnhardt. He collected antiques, had a pair of shades and cowboy boots ready to impress with, and was never too far from a spicy hot sauce.

Wesley was a jack-of-all-trades and passionate about giving back to his community. He volunteered with Millstone Valley Fire Department, Station 28 and was a social member at American Legion Post 304 in Manville, NJ.

Wesley will be deeply missed by all who knew him, especially his loving mother Laura Giles; devoted aunt Rose Masiello; children Deena (Wayne) Maresch and Corey (Michelle) Giles; sister Donna (Mike) Shaffer; niece and nephews, Samantha (Anthony) Sunseri, Kyle (Carly) Sunseri, Devin Shaffer, and Michael Shaffer; and great nieces and nephews, Lily, Carmella, Gracin, and Colson.

A memorial visitation will take place on Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 4-6 p.m. at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835.
